The Zoning and Codes Enforcement Office is responsible for the administration and enforcement of building codes and zoning and subdivision regulations, and related ordinances. This department also acts as a prime source of information for those parties interested in seeking consultation on specific code requirements. Building permits are issued through this office. With the advent of the Regional Police Department, this department is also responsible for parking meter enforcement and maintenance.
